Engage! Cleveland to host 2nd Annual Professional Development Week
Cleveland, Ohio — FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Engage! Cleveland will host the 2nd Annual Professional Development Week from November 5 to November 7, 2019 in downtown Cleveland. This three-day-long event includes nine workshops to help elevate the careers of Cleveland’s young professionals (YPs) by bringing in some of the region’s top experts to help attendees grow professionally and personally.
“Engage! Cleveland is proud to once again offer our Professional Development Week to provide young professionals with an affordable and incredibly valuable way to advance their careers,” said Ashley Basile Oeken, president of Engage! Cleveland. “We surveyed what young professionals viewed as the gaps in their skill sets to craft a program that provides practical takeaways for attendees they can apply immediately in their current roles with the ultimate goal of preparing them to be business and civic leaders in our community.”
Each day of Professional Development Week features an overarching theme: day one focuses on leadership; day two looks to enhance communication; and day three builds career intentionality. The event includes nine workshops in total:
