Day 1: Leadership

Leadership Style Assessment

Our opening session will provide you with the unique opportunity to learn about your preferred work style (e.g. how you like to communicate, collaborate, and engage in conflict) by exploring a powerful model of human behavior presented in the DiSC® model. You will take the DiSC® Workstyle Inventory prior to the event and receive your results at the opening session. You’ll take a deep dive into your results as you learn about your preferred style of work, how you engage with other styles, and how you can create greater agility in our approach to increase your impact and influence. The session will be fast paced, provide a wealth of information on how to increase your personal effectiveness, and FUN!

By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Understand your preferred work style, as represented in the DiSC model, and gain an appreciation for the other styles

  • Increase your workstyle agility to collaborate, communicate and engage with others

  • Create an action plan to fully leverage you DiSC style

Effective People Management
