Creative Problem Solving

We see it frequently on job postings or descriptions - Problem Solving. It’s a skill that’s know as a "must" have. But what does that actually mean? This session will challenge us to think of new ways to complete projects and tasks faster, smarter and cheaper, while overcoming obstacles and proactively anticipating problems before they arise.

What you will learn:

  • Identifying and clarifying the problem or issue facing the organization

  • Developing a challenge that generates creative ideas

  • Evaluating ideas and focusing on solutions

  • Implementing ideas through action plans
