About Dr. Deb Westerfelt
Deb joined Ashland University faculty in 2007. She is lead professor for Organizational Design, Development and Change Management in the International MBA and Online MBA Programs and Business Communications in the BSBA Program. She presents at numerous conferences, including the Lilly Conference on College Teaching at Miami University, the OBTC Conference at Babson College, Midwest Decisions Institute Regional Conferences, and the Economics and Political Science Conference at Ashland University. She’s published author in the Organizational Leadership and Management Journal, the Business Education Innovation Journal and the College & University Journal and a freelance textbook contributor, textbook reviewer, and peer reviewer for various textbook and journal publications.
