Molly's Cleveland "Brunch Musts"

Molly's Cleveland "Brunch Musts"

Cleveland’s dynamic brunch scene is taking off and I can’t think of a better way to spend  a weekend morning than grabbing friends and heading off to one of the many delicious restaurants the city has to offer. Personally, one of my favorite pleasures is adventuring through the different Cleveland neighborhoods exploring our unique brunch culture.

Of course, there are countless places I have yet to try (they are on my list!), but one of my favorites is Le Petit Triangle Cafe tucked in the heart of Ohio City. Dining there, I felt as if I was transported back to Paris. This French inspired bistro is your perfect morning to stop and enjoy a fresh baked croissant and an espresso. If you aren’t in a hurry, I urge you to sit and stay awhile. The French music playing in the background and eclectic decor paired with delicious cuisine is the perfect recipe to a magical morning. Most recently, I sat on their patio and relished in  their Nutella French toast topped with whipped cream and strawberries; it was delectable.

Another one of my “brunch musts” is Lucky’s Cafe. They have amazing gingerbread waffles, and the charming and cozy atmosphere in this cafe is one of my favorite parts of the Lucky’s experience. The exposed brick, string lights, and wood furniture add such character. In terms of their food- the waffles I ate at Lucky’s were topped with warm maple roasted apples, honeyed whipped cream, drizzled with house made caramel sauce, and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. I am pretty sure the description of this meal can speak for itself, it was to die for! Lucky’s has sweet and delicious waffles, and a wide range of other menu options from which to choose.

Lastly, my third recommendation for brunch is Townhall. This Ohio City hangout has a ‘build your own crepe’ option- can you think of anything better?! There is an abundance of delicious non-gmo foods that are perfect for many different taste buds. The fun and hip atmosphere of Townhall can make your morning. Take an excursion to any of these three brunch places and I promise you a terrific time.

Not to mention all these great spots are  located in thriving young professional dominated neighborhoods. Also, a shout out to Fabio Selerno who is the chef and owner at Townhall and spoke at our chef's panel during Young Professionals Week.
