With so many outstanding young professionals, Oswald Companies created OswaldCLIMBS, their internal young professionals organization. The organization’s mission is to “Care for Oswald’s young professional employee-owners’ needs, today and tomorrow.”  This group, led by a 15-member Leadership Council, is setting a new standard in their industry, uniting a diverse group of stakeholders through common goals of growth and sustainability. OswaldCLIMBS’ key activities are focused around attracting and developing Oswald’s young professional talent in order to become future leaders of the organization as well as represent and increase Oswald’s presence within both the YP and our local communities.
