Menorah Park has served the Cleveland community since 1968. As a non-profit, assisted-living facility in Beachwood, Menorah Park is dedicated to providing programs, services and housing options to meet each individual’s needs as they age.
Menorah Park is focused on providing a variety of options for programming, services and residences to reduce stress for families with aging loved ones. The goal is to provide the best quality of life and level of independence possible.
The facility offers health and wellness services including post-hospital rehabilitation, physical, occupational and speech therapies, memory care, home health care, adult day care, assisted living, housekeeping and more.
These services are all made possible with a dedicated staff of more than 1,100 employees. Staff members embrace the philosophy guided by the organization’s Jewish values to treat those under care with honor, as if they were their own mothers and fathers.
The Menorah Park staff is like a family. The facility has excellent employee retention, with 45% of staff having been with the organization for more than five years, and 100 for more than 20 years.
Furthermore, 54% of the staff are 35 or younger. Menorah Park says millennials are incredibly important to the team, bringing a fresh perspective to the workplace, and appreciates their ideas.
