CLE YP Week Events | Rise and Grind Workouts


Rise & Grinds 1The third annual Cleveland YP Week, which takes place from June 20th to June 26th, will yet again kick off each day with a fun way to get in shape. A hit during the previous two years, Rise and Grind workouts will take place on both the east and west sides. Tired of the same old workout at the gym everyday? Looking to meet fellow YP's in a unique environment? Rise and Grinds' variety is a fun way to do both and get a jumpstart on the work day!

Rise & Grinds 2Events on the first day take both sides of Cleveland on a ride with spin classes at Harness Cycle on Detroit in Cleveland and at GrooveRyde on Chagrin in Woodmere. For those that are a part of the new wave of CrossFit, on Wednesday, West Siders can head to Bird Town in Lakewood, and East Siders can take a trip down to CrossFit Sixth City on St. Clair in Cleveland.

Rise & Grinds 3If yoga is more your cup of tea, the Tremont Athletic Club with 3 Sisters will host a class on Saturday, and Vibe at The 9 will get your mind, body and soul cleansed on Sunday. For East Siders, Spynga on Coventry in Cleveland Heights will provide a 30 minute spin and 30 minute yoga class on Wednesday, and West Siders can tackle the Kettlebell on Friday at Soza Fitness & Wellness on Ridge Road in Parma.

This is just a taste of the offerings available during a week that will also feature a class in self-defense, core strength and Zumba. Wherever you call home or spend your day, Rise and Grind workouts will provide a convenient and fun way to start your morning.
