Apple Growth Partners has been helping grow local businesses for 75 years. With offices in Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and Kent, AGP offers a full range of services including audit and assurance, tax planning and compliance, business valuation, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), litigation consulting and transactional advisory services. AGP has more than 100 employees with approximately 50 of whom are young professionals.
In order to compete in the accounting industry, AGP recognizes it is responsible for finding great talent and keeping them by implementing programs to meet the evolving needs of the workforce. In the last year, AGP has rolled out a paid parental leave program, flexible hours, and student loan financial assistance to support young professionals.

AGP also offers two professional development programs – GAP (Growth Acceleration Program) for employees identified for principal-level development and AGP Build, a three-month supervisory skills training program for employees promoted to senior associate and above.
