Employer Spotlight: Protiviti

Protiviti is a global consulting firm that delivers deep expertise, objective insights, a tailored approach, and unparalleled collaboration to help leaders confidently face the future. Our consulting solutions span critical business problems in technology, business process, analytics, risk, compliance, transactions, and internal audit. Protiviti’s mission is teaming with clients to protect and enhance enterprise value by identifying, anticipating, and solving critical business problems.

Protiviti has more than 4,500 employees across 70+ offices in over 20 countries. We have served over 60% of FORTUNE 1000 companies and 35% of FORTUNE Global 500 companies. Our people and organization have consistently been recognized by FORTUNE, Forbes, Glassdoor, and Consulting Magazine as a best company to work for.

Protiviti’s culture focuses on creating and sustaining opportunities for young professionals to grow, whether they are interns, entry-level consultants, or experienced hires. Protiviti’s Intern Program takes place each summer, and interns fill the role of consultants on meaningful project work across our practices. Entry level hires and experienced hires start on group start dates with their peers and participate in our unique and award-winning Passport to Protiviti orientation experience. All new hires are matched with three Protiviti employees who serve as advisors: a Peer Advisor, a Career Advisor, and an Executive Advisor to guide them through the different stages of their developing careers.

Protiviti believes in each employee’s potential to effect change in his or her community, and to that end, the company provides several avenues to support employees’ individual efforts, including a matching-gifts program and grants for employees to contribute to the organizations where they volunteer. As a growing organization, Protiviti is always looking for young professionals who are ready to be agents of positive change for us and our clients.
